Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen, an American performer and songwriter, hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most famous work is her character on the CW television series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as lead singer of The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in films and television shows including How to Be Single Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen is a 26-year actress, born on the 26th of July, 1993. Momsen has a younger sibling, Sloane Momsen. Taylor Momsen studied at Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. When she was three, she began her professional acting career in a national Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's acting career came to abruptly end over a period that lasted three years. Momsen was then offered the part of the principal role in Misconceptions in the series Misconceptions on WB. Momsen also appeared at the time in Saving Shiloh (2006). She also auditioned for the lead role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three, but the role was instead awarded to Miley Cyrus.
