Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and a writer, who has won numerous awards. Ali MacGraw is known for her roles in films like Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. She was raised by an artist family in New York and wanted to pursue a career in artistic fields. She started as a photographic assistant before moving on to acting and modeling. The award she received was the Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. The MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned her fame worldwide, as well as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. MacGraw was deemed the top box office star in the world in just three releases. In 1972 her hand-footprints and signatures were recorded at Grauman's Chinese Theater. She has starred in several different films, such as The Getaway Convoy Players and TV miniseries The Winds of War among other. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography was published. MacGraw is married three times.
